The theme music for ‘Tiana’s Bayou Adventure’ has officially splashed onto streaming platforms Spotify and Apple Music. Titled “Special Spice” the song plays during the ride, specifically at the finale scene after the final drop.
Produced by PJ Morton and Brandon N. Caddell, the song was discussed in a behind the scenes look during Walt Disney Imagineering’s ‘We Call It Imagineering’ episode 2. In the episode, Morton discussed the song sharing that he has “always been inspired by the big songs of Disney” when creating music, and has “always wanted to write timeless things”. The song is performed by none other than Anika Noni Rose, who voices Princess Tiana in ‘The Princess and the Frog’. “It’s a free happy bouncy song to take you on this journey”, Rose shares.
